ROSSMANN Drogeriemarkt

It was the first time in this branch and never again! We currently have a lockdown and therefore there are certain rules that businesses and customers must adhere to. But in this business they don't stick to it at all. 1. The entrance area was so full that I thought I had entered the wrong entrance. So many people met me who didn't keep their distance. 2. In the market itself, my girlfriend and I were asked that we should take "a" shopping basket as a couple. Unfortunately, there was no visible sign in the entrance area, which should really draw attention to it. Just a little picture on the floor of what we saw leaving the store. It is very easy to overlook this. Not everyone looks at the floor in a corner when walking in. 3. Minutes later we were asked again with a shopping basket that we had to have one shopping basket "per person". Why do you say beforehand that we only need one? 4. I've had enough of it and then I'm out. I waited outside the store and watched the checkout area. There I noticed that many customers did not have a shopping basket with them. In the entrance area there was also no shopping basket for new customers. Ultimately, you try to stick to certain rules, but unfortunately without success. Customers move around without a shopping basket because there are no shopping baskets or no visible information has been attached. Not everyone looks at a small sign on the floor. The employees are also unfriendly and should clearly state what their requirements are. I have no problem that "everyone" has a shopping basket with them. But then please formulate it clearly and follow this rule with every customer. You should also visibly display the information in the entrance area or put an employee at the door to check the situation and ensure that there is clear space (as already mentioned in point 1). I will not visit this shop again. There are better businesses from Rossmann and the competition DM does it much better.

Today I wanted to do a little shopping at Rossmann's on Holtenauerstrasse. I had just picked up my father from the hospital. Since his eye had been removed, he had a large bandage over his face. With a mask and fogged glasses he ran past the baskets and was yelled at by the lady at the cash register! Since my father has cancer, he doesn't like to touch the baskets and asks the lady if we can share a basket because we live together anyway. Of course I know that every customer has to take a basket, but the lady is about to yell at my father. He should kindly take a basket because all customers have to. But that could have been said in a normal tone. I've never been yelled at in a store in my life. I have a similar job myself and would never yell at a 72 year old disabled old man! Doesn't work at all !!!!!! Really broke my heart Inhuman!

Today was just a little shopping in this shop, without a shopping basket. Was immediately complained by a saleswoman that I should only go shopping with a shopping basket. And who, please, disinfects these baskets or shopping carts ????? None. And the cashier doesn't even have to wear a mask at the checkout and on the other hand she was very lame. The line went to the cosmetics department. Thank goodness there are other Rossmann shops in Kiel with friendlier staff. I'll never go shopping here again :-(

Well organized Rossman with lots of choice.

The staff are always friendly and help whenever possible! I think they are always as friendly as the customers are!
