I have ordered a repair for my ENA5. A water hose was blocked. The problem was solved to my satisfaction and quickly resolved! Now comes the reason for the 1 star criticism: Now I wanted to clean the inside of the machine again very thoroughly. Disassembling the case is easy. I had done it before. I had a suitable tool on hand. Unfortunately, the colleagues installed an extremely rare type of screw at the crucial point for assembly. To date, I have not found a suitable tool for this.
