SERVICE AT ITS BEST. I have a 2017 model MacBook Pro, bought in 2018, so it’s not that old, but of course, it’s out of warranty. I turned it on Monday morning to start working, but was met with a black screen (laptop itself working, screen not). I googled a few options, and after failing, I decided to come here. They really went of of their way to help me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I now have my laptop back, with a brand new screen!! Incredible customer service, customer care, product knowledge, and I would highly, highly recommend them. 100/100.
