I had ONE photo developed and I was not allowed to pay the 49 ct in cash. "We currently only accept card payments". When I asked why cash would not be accepted as the official payment method, I was told 'Well, because of the viruses and so on'.

You don't need to go here for analog film development, I can't comment on the other aspects. My Ilford 400 film was dead developed for far too long in a completely used developer, the results are worse than any large laboratory. My criticism was not responded to satisfactorily 👎

VICO is the best photo shop I have had any experience with. I did my internship there for 2 weeks and I can tell you that the employees there are doing an excellent job. You can tell that they enjoy their work. They always try to find the best solution for the customer rather than for themselves what I like most about them. You also notice that they really have a clue when it comes to customer advice. I personally can highly recommend VICO ;-)
