0 stars. We came in, three people were packing. Sentences like "Hello!", "Hello, what can I / can we do for you?" etc. nobody could articulate. When we were finally "noticed", the woman was just annoyed that she had to stop packing. They asked for a camera and what it would cost. She doesn't know. After asking several times, the woman sat down to the computer to look. By then the desire to buy had already passed. Conclusion: Seems to be more for blondes / "Germans".

As a long-standing customer, I can only recommend Foto Wiesenhavern in Kiel. The advice is extremely competent and always friendly. TOP service. The hygiene concept in corona times is also convincing.

Never before in Kiel and the surrounding area have seen such a fast (1 hour !!!!) and friendly photo service (upload photos online and print them out). The competition 200 m further at the parade ground (Vico) need 2-3 days for the same order. 🙈 If you print photos, then only WIESENHAVERN !!

Very nice, friendly and competent seller. Didn't want to talk me into anything either. I forgot my camera warranty slip. The seller jogged a few hundred meters behind me in 33 degrees heat. That's what I call customer service.
