Incredibly bold! This shop doesn't get a cent more from me! I can only recommend it to everyone else! I was expecting an order through Fleurop from Blumenhaus Schmidt. I was the recipient. It was ordered for the afternoon (weekday), no delivery to the neighbors desired. What is happening? Morning delivery to the neighbor! I was at home. But the doorbell did not ring. Direct delivery to the neighbor. Telephone numbers of the purchaser and recipient were given. Still no consultation. But it gets worse: the bouquet did not match the order! The subsequent call to complain was simply hung up in the middle of the conversation! Would you shop at this store again ???
