Expensive and consistently poor customer service. Quality of plants do not represent the inflated prices. Wet slow check out, two staff arranging flowers no acknowledgement that your standing their waiting, no reassuring eye contact. Talking between themselves about who is going to serve us. But still deemed it necessary to keep us waiting for more than five minutes. No one else in the store... Makes you wonder if they realise that their income is based on the service they provide. Completely indifferent to us. Again overpriced none existent customer service. I will not put myself through this again....

Good to know the turtles are still there...

Solid offer. Large selection of fresh cut flowers. You can have beautiful bouquets tied. Plenty of accessories for the house and garden on the subject of plants. Very nice decorative items for Christmas time. Then also a large selection of pine greens. The selection of green plants for outdoors is unfortunately limited.

Always very friendly service. There are always great, individual bouquets that will last a long time.
