Very bad. By phone on Saturday we agreed that today Advent arrangements should be delivered instead of flowers. On the phone it was said that this would not be a problem even at short notice. This morning normal flowers and no Advent arrangements were delivered. This was addressed on site during delivery and the answer was that they knew this, but if you call on Saturday, then it just doesn't work. It was asked several times on Saturday on the phone whether this was really possible and the answer was yes. It was said this morning that they would come next week. But that is a week later than you ordered and you will also be charged twice, otherwise you would have completely foregone today's flower delivery. Very bad cooperation, such behavior (especially the sayings on site) are really cheeky. Then you shouldn't even guarantee on the phone that today's delivery of Advent flower arrangements will work. There was also no phone call with the information before today's delivery. Very disappointing, sorry, but that's not possible!

Great service, we had to order from a distance this time due to Corona. Uncomplicated ordering process from a friendly employee. Happy surprise of the recipient and their family members about the wonderful plant basket.

I think the flowers / bouquets are exceptionally beautiful. I even go from Schilksee to Molfsee every now and then ... Very creative and always something different. Schaaaaade that there is no longer any shop in the Sophienhof ... you could combine it with a stroll through town ... ❤
