Buying in the specialized trade or on-line? Retailers like this are happy to complain that customers are increasingly buying online. I too faced this decision again. That the price of my desired item in this store is 25% above the online purchase, I still see halfway, because finally a personal advice is offered (in the online shop, of course, only by mail / phone). However, the remaining purchase conditions here in the shop are so backward (welcome in the 21st century!) That you can only opt for online and against retailers: A trial sitting of the chair at home is only about 30 € fee and pickup and you get not the desired model, but only the exhibit! If one rethinks after the purchase, one has bad luck: Returns / exchanges not possible. Here for comparison the conditions in the net: 30 days right of return without indication of reasons, no shipping costs, no costs for the return shipping.

Very good experience. Staff is competent and very friendly and responds to requests.
