Very great setup, great advice!

We had a Christmas party and cooked at Muhlack together with Anja and Lena. Was a great evening and I would do it again and again and recommend it 😊

The consultation itself was very pleasant. Unfortunately, nothing went according to desire. The offer was not sent to me in the specified time. When I asked for it by phone, Mr. Hansohm asked me questions that showed he had not even dealt with it. When I received the offer, suddenly an important point was no longer presentable. Does Mr. Hansohm know his products so little that he can not say that directly in conversation? Likewise, the budget specified by me was exceeded by more than 50%, so I wonder if he does not really know the prices. Therefore, unfortunately, no recommendation from me.

Summary after delivery: Arrogant & incompetent in the consultation / handling of complaints, unreliable & bungling in the implementation, quality & structure of the delivered goods initially at hardware store level. Addendum: The assembly team on site has now reworked. The process was tedious and needed some additional appointments, the result is now satisfactory.
