We searched for a stroller in December 2016 and found it in the babymarkt Kiel. The stroller was significantly more expensive than on the Internet. But since we were promised that we would get a replacement in the event of a defect for the time of the repair, we bought the stroller at the end of December 2016. By November 2017, we were also satisfied so far. Unfortunately, the front wheel bearings were defective. We brought the stroller back and got a used replacement. But okay. What happened afterwards totally shocked me. Shortly before Christmas the employee of the baby market called me and said that I should pay almost 70 euros for the repair. I informed her that I did not agree and that she should clarify this with the manufacturer. She also wanted to do that in early January 2018. In the afternoon of January 13th, 2018 she called me and asked why I was not picking up the car. I was a little distraught and told her that she wanted to take care of it. Of course, she no longer knew about this. Since she kept trying to explain the Hartan company to me as my contact person, I had to correct her again and again that I did not buy from Hartan, but in the baby market and that he was my contact person. She just didn't want to understand it, so I ended the conversation. I will now pick up the stroller again next week. An absolute cheek, the employee. We will no longer buy anything there !!!!
