On Monday we went to Kiel especially to buy 5 new rolls for my office chair. The rolls were not in stock and should be requested from the warehouse. The seller wanted to do this personally on Tuesday morning and then inform me by phone in the afternoon about the state of affairs. So far, Wednesday afternoon, we haven't received a call. The rolls have now been ordered online and will be conveniently delivered to your home tomorrow. Please don't let anyone reproach me for refusing to support local shops and ordering them on the Internet if you run into that as a customer in a well-known specialist shop. There is no star from me. Appendix to the review: Hugo Hamann immediately responded by email and phone. There was a very nice and clarifying conversation with the managing director, which revealed that unfortunate circumstances led to the recall not being carried out. Thank you for the clarification and the friendly conversation! We'll buy the next rolls from Hugo Hamann again.

Goods ordered and never arrived. There was no response to various contact attempts. Just got the money transferred back.

Good service and competent advice.

Very competent advice, fast and good service, flexibility in products and prices. Certainly there are many things cheaper elsewhere - but hardly any cheaper! In any case, price-performance ratio is right.

I bought a printer in Holtenauer in March 2018. In the same year, the printed image was getting worse. This was repaired by Hugo Hamann without hesitation and uncomplicated. About 1 month ago, the print image was getting worse and worse. Hugo Hamann advised me to repeat the cleaning process often, as there would probably be air in the system and this would be solved. My staff and I have repeated the process about 30 times, but this did not change the problem. The printer was then picked up and I assumed that the functionality under the warranty would be restored. The printer was also repaired brought back. A few days later came an invoice, which surprised me very much, because of possible costs was never mentioned. During a telephone conversation, Mr. Franzen did not believe that we had used the printer's cleaning function, although my staff can testify to it. During the same conversation I was told again and again that the printer was too expensive anyway and I should consider buying a new one, which had nothing to do with the basic problem. On my objection to the bill was not reacted to today. Customer-friendliness I imagine differently, especially since I come from the service sector. Too bad, but unfortunately no recommendation. Update 19.02.19: Despite my willingness to clarify the matter, I was once again relatively rude "brushed off". Too bad that customer friendliness is written here so small. Update 01.07.19 The print image was last worse again. I have complained again by phone. Here I was told in the workshop of Hugo Hamann by Mr. Franzen, I should better contact the manufacturer, because you would not like to have the trouble. I have rarely experienced such a customer-unfriendly experience.
