Today my wife had her first appointment in this practice (on recommendation). Due to her nervousness, I accompanied her and drove the 120km with her. The practice made by the decor and the premises a good first impression. However, the good mood with every patient who came after us and was served before us. When I inquired why we had not been here for nearly 2 hours despite appointments, my wife would not have been waiting for me to be ignored, the lady at the information desk wanted to give my lady permission to sign up. After it had been clarified that my wife went to this lady for registration was also quickly revealed what had happened. The young lady at the information desk gave in to the department further we did not appear to our appointment and besides had not processed the completed registration. Too bad that more than a small "there is but what went wrong" did not come. So we have for a 20min conversation a whole 3 hours (2, 5 hours in the waiting room) must bring. Even such mistakes can happen, even if not much was going on, but the missing apology is a NO-GO !!!

I simply cannot trust a private gynecological practice that offers homeopathy (= proven to be ineffective).
