A really very friendly team! From the admission, through the ward, to the surgical team, everyone was really friendly and friendly. I felt that I was in good hands. Technically, I have no complaints.

I decided to have an operation in the clinic based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I haven't had a lot of good experiences. I was operated on by someone other than previously stated without being informed. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sisters as positively. Ordered urine samples were not taken. When the lady was informed she claimed that it was done and that everything was fine. (I had a urinary tract infection !!) Medicines were also "forgotten". An FSJ'ler was sent off alone and was supposed to empty my urine bag and my neighbor's drainage bag. He was totally overwhelmed with it and didn't know what to do. I then asked for a sister. It came out less enthusiastic. I often had the feeling that one hand didn't know what the other was doing. I can't understand the good reviews. Many of the patients I spoke to were not satisfied. There were 2 great night nurses who were very good. The food was good. Therefore also 2 stars. I would no longer have an operation there. I felt more like an economic factor than a person.

I would always take the trip from Flensburg to the Parkklinik in Kiel. You feel that you are in good hands right from the start. Doctors, the nurses and the entire staff simply great. The food is excellent I can warmly recommend this clinic
