Probably the worst hospital in Germany. I was able to get to know different stations as a patient. Without the support of my family I would probably not be here anymore. How people are dealt with here is difficult to describe in words. You're just a number. No education. Doctors do not communicate with each other, patient files disappear due to "system errors". Necessary drugs are reportedly not in stock. If you want to clear up grievances, you are threatened with discontinuation of therapy and referred to the hospital. Conditions that you wouldn't want to believe if you haven't experienced them yourself.

From admission to discharge everything was super 👍 Super nice staff with a very competent doctor, I felt very well looked after and no, I wasn't afraid 😊 Keep it up and stay healthy !!!!! LG

My most terrible experience in my life with this clinic !!!! The rudest workers I have ever met !! Was kept in the recovery room for one night, after my car accident the employees were still very nice, but when I was admitted to the normal room as an inpatient, all my things were lost (I, who was not even conscious, got something signed of which I didn't get anything know more) after that my ID, KV card, car key etc. was lost and every day I asked all the nurses if they could look, I never got an answer. In addition, I was treated badly and on the day of discharge there was not even an excuse that my belongings were lost and no one looked at me from the inpatient registration because my belongings were lost, and there was also a question to the nurses whether anyone would want to be vaccinated because of free places and schwubs nobody was there anymore and was left alone who couldn't even walk !!! No answer received on how to proceed now because of the things that have been lost and never arrived at me. What is the best for a hospital? "Friendly employees wanted" A joke what kind of people work there! Wrong instruction from the doctor and and and !!

The worst emergency room I've ever seen. I had to accompany my girlfriend now and then and Berlin, Hambur and Bremen. This is where the wrong diagnoses are made and the entire staff is unfriendly to the patients. The most important thing is that the patients are good and indirectly pay the salary of the employees. In the end you can say if you want to be treated in a construction site or if you should die go to this hospital. However, if you want to live on and be treated well, you should look for another helper
