Sadly I had to wait 10h for my bed, me and my son, 3years also had to wait forever until we had a room, Dan was postponed from now on to the surgery appointment and he came at some point later, the sister unfriendly and gruff, she doesn't respond to any one seems overwhelmed and annoyed, the doctors say one a and the other b, totally unorganized, not really clean there, and Dan would complain that my son is bothering because he is friendly and lively . Never again. I advise you against the clinic.

My granddaughter (almost 2 years old) was brought in in the late afternoon, but in the evening she hadn't got anything hungry. The doctor was completely overwhelmed and could not even tell the sister whether my granddaughter could get a fever, the nurse was very rude. After several inquiries, you received information that an ambulance had been ordered. Since the clinic was full, an ambulance had to take her to Neumünster, and around 0.30 a.m. she was finally there and could get an infusion, which she was supposed to get in Kiel, but she didn't. Unfortunately I have only had bad experiences at UKSH Kiel so far.

Bad, Incapable and overloaded staff, except for the one night nurse who has to do it all alone because of the personnel policy. Infant was vaccinated the wrong vaccine 5 hours wait. Hygiene really bad.
