I had a ring remodeled (reduced in size) at this jeweler. At first I went to another jeweler who told me that this was hardly possible due to the stone (topaz) and if so, the ring would most likely break and the cost would be at least 100 euros, rather more. To get a second opinion, I then went to the jewelry factory, and lo and behold: the makeover was no problem and the price was perfectly fine. In summary, I can really recommend this shop and I am happy every day that I can now wear my ring. Thank you so much!

We had arranged an appointment for a wedding ring consultation well in advance and were somewhat disappointed. Unfortunately, the advice was given standing in the entrance area of ​​the shop. We had imagined this a little differently. We were pushed a selection of rings across the sales table, from which we could then choose preferred size, color and shape. Unfortunately, we lacked the actual advice (any questions about our preferences, information about possible adjustments, advantages and disadvantages of the materials, etc.). Most of the questions from us were followed by a short yes or no. We could have made the choice of shape, color and size in any larger shopping center without an appointment. After about 10 minutes the appointment was over and we left the shop with a very bad feeling. We will probably order our wedding rings elsewhere, because we simply lacked the personal touch and we didn't feel well advised.
