Really the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Show me a cross for my chain that the manufacturer doesn't even make anymore. Then they say that they will contact you after 2 weeks but nothing comes ... after 4 weeks I drove to find out that the manufacturer no longer makes it. Then I come back because they tell me that they have ordered similar products for me and since Kamm doesn't even begin to think of anything similar to that, their statement only "I'm sorry then I can't do anything anymore" Really no recommendation Worth the store!

We were actually quite satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff. After I brought a silver ring there for repair twice and the repair only lasted less than a year and every time I had to pay extra, I took the ring to another jeweler and lo and behold, the repair has been going on for three years now. My wife's bracelet has been repaired four times and is still out of order. I had to pay twice for the bracelet. I'm fed up with Christ. I will look for another jeweler in the future.
