After a very tough and unproductive correspondence, Mr. Domscheit resigned his mandate after my criticism of his way of working. Right from the start, I had the feeling that he didn't really take my concern into account. After three weeks, the number of my legal protection insurance with the HUK was important to him. So he obviously did not read through the extensive material that I sent him to familiarize himself with the matter, or only read it with gaps, because he asked me questions that my documents sent to him could have answered long ago. Once he addressed me by the name of my opponent in my letterhead and wrote confused things that I just didn't understand ... so he wasn't right at the point. After four weeks he asked me for my opponent's first name, although it was clearly visible in the documents I gave him. I gave him my opponent's phone number so that he could, by virtue of his office, inquire about his address. He refused. When, days later, he finally decided to find out the address of my opponent through a detective, he was on vacation ... So he wasted time several times. I would never have the feeling that he really stood up for my concerns. He just wrote a letter to my opponent and gave him an ultimatum. He didn't tell me what came out of it. He did not answer my questions. I am immensely frustrated and angry because he didn't send anything and I lost a lot of time. When I was annoyed about his slow processing, he terminated the mandate and left me in the lurch without really helping me! Overall, I would like to rate his legal work for me on a scale from 1 to 6 at best with "1", but only because there is no "O" ...! I have informed the HUK about his "way of working" and would be very curious to see what an invoice he would send them for his "commitment" ...

Statements are made that would supposedly never have been said. As a customer / client, things are subordinated to you here and after 2 years! Then comes the fat bill. Absolute cheek. At the time, I would still have been entitled to legal aid, which a lawyer should have seen, because there was an insight into my pay slips. 2 years later, of course, I have to pay the bill out of pocket. Rip off nasty and contrary to the agreements! Never again.
