Unfriendly and chaotic.

Kiel city is doing a perfect job towards the families, children, and all people in Kiel. The state library has very good staff wo are always friendly and helpful. The Stadtbücherei Kiel is a calm place to all peoples who looks for reading actual and professional books, to readers who are books-friends, even to people who like to learn German and other languages and cultures. The library is rich with several books in all fields even in the field of children education. The system of borrowing the books is easy and useful. Very nice advice and support from the staff. Good selection of books and media !! You can forget the time when browsing. Parking available but only free for the first half hour. Aisles are not too narrow; one can avoid one another well in Corona times
