After a competent first visit, we were promised the delivery of new locks in about a week. We have been waiting for weeks now. I called four times and was announced a callback four times. Not once was they called back.
I can only hope people understand more about locks than communication and customer service.
Very friendly and competent staff. Price-performance okay. Small gifts have become rare, therefore 1 ++ for this business and the employee. One of the last old companies that you know from your childhood, nice that they still exist. Hope for a long time too!
Was there quickly and tried very hard. The lock was opened by an unexpected event, which then turned out to be luck in misfortune. With the hourly wage of € 126, I swallowed a bit.
The seller took a long time to find the right price and the checkout process took longer, but got what I came for.
