So you shouldn't actually evaluate them. The administration has not been accessible since the takeover in 2019/20.

Since the company has changed 4 times within 5 years, one slowly realizes that it is just a rip off. Our basement has been under water for about a year because the rainwater is running through the joints into our basement from outside. Upon request, we were only informed that the basement is not part of the rental area. Great answer in any case. I can only recommend everyone to avoid this society. Why I have to give a star is a mystery to me. 0 would be more appropriate. Now they send the gardeners over the lawns here every week and the lawn edges are being renewed on our corner. It is better to do something on the houses and not just look after the things around them.
