They got really nice burgers

Most of the time everything is fine, but 2 star deduction because of our last order. We ordered a burger, but ingredients were forgotten there. We wanted to complain about that and called the hotline. The store owner promised us a voucher. It also arrived, but only for 2 euros, which is cheeky for the "wrong" burger. 2. Call, the control center was talking to the owner again. Apparently he got really angry and assumed that we were lying. Very questionable handling of the customer, and apparently often the case.

Burger very tasty, fast delivery. The fries were a bit hard and not really warm anymore. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars.

The food itself was good, but we didn't get any chips for two menus. When I called, they said that they should be there and that I would lie.

If you want to "enjoy" your menu in its entirety, you should pick it up - otherwise half of it is missing. The taste is mediocre.
