I ordered 8 beers + one soup and it meets the condition(minimum 15 euros) but the delivery man was so rude and angry at me. Idk why. Anyway he got the money, what is wrong with him? Be shame on yourself, it is your job and there's nothing wrong with my order. I correctly kept the rules of the application. I'll never visit or order something from here ever again. Congratulations, you've lost a customer👏

The delivery man was so much rude and impolite. I have no idea why should have I listened the word "corona" for several times because of the reason why that I'm an Asian while I was exchanging money and foods that I ordered. He seemed like he wants tip even though he mocked my everything in 5 minutes.

TRIED to order via Lieferheld, after 5 minutes I received a call that the order could not be delivered because it is supposedly too far. Then I checked how far it actually is, it's a whopping 10km, driving time of 13 minutes. I know other delivery services that go much further and longer. After reading the other reviews here, I am very happy about it, I do not feel like having stomach problems due to poor hygiene and ready-made products. Conclusion, I will not try to order there anymore and advise everyone else against it.

As with others: Order is canceled unfriendly by phone because snacks and drinks are not sufficient. O-Ton "We are not a beverage service". Congratulations on one less regular customer.

The food was mega we ordered Fried noodles and rice] Fried noodles with chicken 1 [beef] beef chopsuey 2 [meat & fish] chicken chips 1 [beef] beef fried with onions (spicy) I can only recommend it and you have to accept the delivery time for good fresh food. Keep it up 👏🏽 I am ordered from you a lot more often now and I am super nice and nice to the driver 👍🏽
