I can not confirm all the positive reviews in dealing with the furniture. I only heard "ups" when one of the employees went down the stairs with my furniture. Some of my furniture has suffered a lot. And even if they are just Euro pallets, you carry them down to the basement (there were only 5 steps) and you don't let them slide over the steps However, employees were punctual and friendly. I would not recommend Tarex and move with the company again.
