I carried out the move for my mother with this company. The procedure was discussed in detail over the phone. Shortly beforehand, the removal team was introduced (also by phone). The team was punctual, friendly and in a good mood. The move was carried out neatly and quickly. Everything went very well: bringing empty boxes and picking them up again, prohibiting parking, implementation ... we were very satisfied.
