Positive: goods arrived undamaged, driver was friendly Negative: the first delivery date was not met, the driver would have exceeded his driving time. Second delivery date not met Driver was sick, no replacement driver, vehicle with my order was at the place of residence of the sick driver. The delivery day was not called as agreed, it was a coincidence that someone was at home.
