Dear Community, I am extremely dissatisfied because I have the feeling that some parcel owners are preferred to others. Applications will be rejected while the same applications will be approved for other parcel owners. When making inquiries to the board of directors, one exposes oneself to crude assertions, adequate manners are hardly possible.

I am very dissatisfied with the gardening association! Because they make the rules as it suits them! One is allowed to have a greenhouse, the other not. (same greenhouse same location in the garden) the height of the hedges is stated by VON DER STADT KIEL to be 1.20 m, my neighbors are 3 m high 🧐🧐. But it can also be because they are friends of the board. Then it's just normal. No garbage cans are organized, after asking 5 times, announce etc. and then at the end of the year there is an invoice of over 30,000 euros for garbage disposal which we tenants have to pay. And to come back to the community work, instead of preparing gardens for your own profit, you should probably think about cleaning the general garden area. I could write a lot about it here, but it doesn't make sense. My TIP do not apply for something via the gardening association when it comes to building or planting in your own leased garden ALWAYS via the state capital Kiel. Because they don't act according to their own nose !!

It was a lot of fun in the beginning but the water costs were too high if we wanted to keep pets we had to pay money we had to clean the gardens which were not from us who had no owner we would not have had to pay 30 € but that is the work of the club the water costs we have to pay for the others even if we use less use less it's just a joke and a rip-off
