Very small parking house, not enough space and super tight on the way up to the first level. Wouldn't recommend someone with a normal sized car to park here.

Poor barely lit, shabby urine-smelling parking garage near the port.
Next, the parking garage is pretty narrow ... at least the driveways. The parking bays are fine.
I think you can expect reasonable lighting and cleanliness, especially with these parking fees.

I think it's okay to pay a fee for improper parking. How often do you experience that only one was parked in areas for 2 cars. Even if the parking garage was empty on arrival, it could change.
