My 80-year-old father with knee osteoarthritis and previous miniscus surgery was encouraged during physiotherapy to perform JUMPING and exercises that are not feasible in his condition at all. Furthermore, he had to wait before each appointment, although a durchaktaktete appointment. The dates were just the absolute horror for him !!
