Do not get an answer to my email regarding an offer. In advance, even called and announced the mail, with a request for a quick quote. Do not seem to have to accept small orders, or to respond to requests. Too bad...

At the first order very friendly handling and quick completion. This time was answered in a request for an invoice because of the agreement deviating execution of the work very unfriendly. The errors were attributed to the customer and showed no willingness to discuss the problem.
