Hundesalon "Elenas Groom Salon"

The first impression was very nice. The salon owner seemed to be very friendly and had a good connection to animals. She quickly found contact with our dog. The hair cutting and styling seemed to have gone smoothly, so we decided to visit this pet salon again - this time brushing our teeth. But this was our last visit! The necessary narcotics were not available, the salon owner had forgotten them. If we had known what to expect, we would leave the salon immediately, but the woman assured us that there would be no problems even without medication. Since we had a "trained professional" in front of us, we naturally entrusted it to us, but we regretted this. After the treatment, our dog could hardly walk, did not eat or drink anything, was weak and tired. In a phone call with the salon owner, she said she had never had anything like it and that it might be a stroke. After a visit to the vet, it turned out that the dog's jaw was broken in two places, many counts were loose and had to be pulled, and most of the teeth were not brushed at all. According to the doctor, it was lucky that the dog survived because it is very small! We also discovered a little later that our dog had red spots on the belly, which came from not working carefully enough when cutting hair! It is terrible what our little dog has been through the past few weeks !!! We are so terribly sorry we went there !! Everyone has to decide for themselves, but in our opinion only those who work with animals carefully and lovingly and who don't cripple them should work with animals !!!
