simply good. Nice professional embellishments. It couldn't be better. I thought like that for many years. Then a long-time employee left, who more or less ran the office. And then came the pandemic. I was with the long-term employee and had agreed with Ms. Slaska that I would try it on the doorstep first. That went pretty wrong at first. I called Ms. Slaska during the pandemic in May and told her that I would definitely be back, but that I urgently needed a manicure first. She said yes, no you're out, I can put you on the waiting list. That probably didn't happen because half a year later I still haven't heard from her. I'm very disappointed, that's not how you treat loyal customers.
