Everything is great on site, enough space to park the internet in the offices is fast. Office complex is clean and well maintained. We held a seminar there and the organization via Curare Facility Services worked perfectly and without complications. Gladly again

I have further training in the premises over 13 months. visited. There was an interruption due to the lockdown earlier this year. The seminar rooms are suitable if the number of participants is taken into account. Appointments must be made clearly! Even then there are mishaps, we are all just human. The receptionists were increasingly rude. You have forwarded complaints about the participants and selectively via speakers directly to the training provider without consultation. This had completely unjustified personnel consequences, the break regulation and the deserved end of work dictated the reception. The people there should have followed a different career path. Too bad, the feedback also goes to the training provider. During the first weeks, coffee and tea were available, then only coffee and the amount of coffee was reduced with the doubling of the course participants. Too bad. The directly accessible sanitary facilities were blocked several times. This was not related to the blackouts. Positive: fresh flowers at the sink. Negative: not always dry enough toilet paper, soap, towels to hand. Current status July 2, 2020. The designated smoking area in front of the building may only be visited quietly. I am not a smoker. The canteen was "good before Corona", the operators very committed and personable. I was shocked when I first visited in July after resuming attendance appointments. After the change of operator, the premises and kitchen look neglected. The employees or operators appear uninterested. No service at the cash register, no friendly word, no clearing the tables. I give 1 star.
