The communication is really bad.No answers,no pick up phone.After 1/2 year they still didnt send us second key and service book! Definitely we dont recommend this company!

I gave him my phone number twice. One more question, do you have it now? Please call me back now !! He ended the conversation without calling me back! In fact, I contacted your company again by phone, simply because I wanted to compare your offer with another comparison offer and I wasn't sure whether your company would incur additional costs. Ultimately, I found the behavior of your employee to be unprofessional, and actually also damaging to your business.

Very unsatisfactory phone call, bad connection because the employee or boss was away. Personally on site I unfortunately did not meet anyone twice on the sales area.
Since I am looking for a vehicle with space in the rear garage, I explicitly asked for a diesel heater to achieve exactly this goal. That would not be a problem, but my renewed request whether the space would then be available to the rear garage was answered with: whether I want to cook with diesel
