Raab Karcher Building Materials

We have ordered a large amount of granite steles and block steps for our garden. We were very quickly helped with a short-term request. After that we were looked after very well by Raab Karcher. We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Möller from the GALA Construction department, who always did a great job !!! We can therefore recommend Raab Karcher to everyone.

Unbelievably bad service. I work in a construction company where we buy material every day. We have always been disappointed. Wrong material, damaged material, not kept delivery times - at Raab Karcher, actually no negative point was missed. I can only strongly advise against buying here and recommend team building or judges. In these two shops, they are given reasonable advice and support. Raab Karcher is just incompetent !!

Friendly, competent advice!

As a private customer one is probably not welcome here. We stood in the store for over half an hour and were virtually ignored. A consultant did have a client, but most of the conversation was private. A lady has been on the phone all the time and two employees sitting further back did not pay attention to us. When I managed to ask someone for a consultant, it was said unfortunately "well, we are thin here today". Really annoying that we drove out extra to Raab Karcher and at some point annoyed, without having been advised to leave the store again.
