Good service on secudele time, great.
Our vehicles are very much against fine
Bus driver was able to provide such a basic ticket (see photo) in fast and friendly manner causing a 5 minute delay for all passengers! Bus drivers first response was full negative “Geht nicht”. This means often “I don’t know how to do it.” Followed by several direct lies and attempts to make no effort to find the my required ticket in KVG ticket computer. Today I decide not to give in to all these attempts and final suggested to call KVG to get assistance needed to sell my required ticket. Please train all KBG drivers how to properly handle all required ticket requests.
There are only a few bus drivers who are friendly. The stars represent the few. Unfortunately, 80% are totally unfriendly, even though you have a friendly greeting and have already purchased a ticket and show it every time. Too bad.
It is really a shame that you buy a monthly ticket and then you can only use half of it. I basically pay 70 euros for your crappy strike and the money is not really shameful again
