I can recommend Autovergabe Bertelwick with a clear conscience!
I bought a steering column switch for my Mazda 323 on Ebay. This was sent within a few hours and arrived the next (!!) day. I'm not used to such fast delivery even from large spare parts dealers. Here you can get your purchased goods really quickly.
Unfortunately, it was noticed that the switch had broken in one place. Probably neither I nor the seller had noticed before the purchase.
I complained about it and asked to send me another, identical steering column switch in return. Only 2 emails later, the exchange counter was already sent and also reached me the next day. This is now working properly and I am very satisfied.
Fast deliveries, friendliness and customer satisfaction are definitely important here.
If I need other parts for my Mazda again, I'll be happy to shop here again.
