A little friendliness in the service wouldn't hurt. The sale goes to much more trouble there! But it's also logical, more sticks to a sale. It's actually a shame, because my next new purchase will go where I feel good overall.
Actually a good dealer, however: Self-advertising is attached to the new vehicle purchased without this having been agreed with the customer beforehand. When asked, e-mails will not be replied to. It is incomprehensible that self-promotion is simply attached. Who would want to have adhesive strips attached to their new vehicle? It's not done on a car either. Or would you like to have an advertisement such as POPKATOWIZ "on both sides? Not without prior consent in the sales contract. According to legal information, even a monthly fee can be required for advertising because this was not expressly agreed in the sales contract Euro appropriate. But the worst is that there is no answer to the question to get the matter out of the world. That is really not very customer-friendly. And I don't have to drive 60 km to discuss such machinations with the dealer You don't do something like that. So far, they have never had 3 pieces at any motorcycle dealer before that this advertisement attaches to the vehicle.
Top advice and fair prices. Super friendly staff, very fast delivery of spare parts and professionally carried out repairs. I would love to come back!
