On 04. 12. 2019 we ordered a small body repair of a car. The value of the repair according to the information given to us by the owner Mr Dälken should cost - 50 € (working time 30 minutes). Mr. Dälken assured us - 100% to 15.00 clock on 05.12.2019 perform the contract.
On the 06.12.2019 at 8.30 clock - we drove together with my wife to pick up the car.
The car was outside - not repaired at all.
The owner said that yesterday he had no free stage, we asked him if he would do it today, he replied: no !, then I asked him when he would do it - he replied that he does not know when he would do it. When I told him, "You promised to do it until 3pm on 5/5/2019 yesterday - and we have to have this car ready today.
Mr Dälken replied: "I do not care - someone else is looking for it"

he does not keep his word, no responsibility towards what he has agreed, and at the end outrageous, shameless and unfriendly behavior towards human - customer - absolute mockery of the customer.
