One is not properly or not welcomed by the staff. If you go into the store, you will be treated like a felon and constantly watched like one. Customer service is not so welcome if you are looking for a competent answer to questions. Definitely the last visit to the DM Warendorf.

Positive: the shop is well sorted and neat. The cashier is friendly. Negative: You are expelled from the shop prematurely with a harsh, loud tone, although the shop is not yet closed. Customers in the parking lot totally irritated how to deal with customers like this. Employee (slim, tanned skin, mid 40s, short blonde hair) complains in a loud tone (to customers) that I leave my wallet unattended, even though I only made room for it and actually stood by it all the time and printed photos have. There was no explanation - or excuse - to suggest that it was my wallet. Customers were amused (not me) .. she left without saying anything. Soon Rossmann in Freckenhorst again, DM was actually just an exception. Now I know that I can calmly take a longer distance because customers are at least treated respectfully.

How can you refer customers to the DM market 7 minutes before the close of business? "We have closed" on Saturday (26.01.19) at 17.53 clock. How can this be? Are the opening hours at DM individual? Apart from that, the sound of the saleswoman was the blast! Incomprehensible !

Very clean and orderly store and the staff are extremely nice. I really enjoy going there! :)

Nice shop, you can see everything in peace, the patterns for beauty are always available. Nice personel....
