I wanted to melt the wedding rings (rose gold) of my late grandparents and have them processed into a new ring. All the goldsmiths contacted either refused on the grounds that this did not work or that errors (visual defects) could occur. Only Mr. Büttner stated that this was not a problem. At the subsequent appointment, a large number of rings were presented to us and the advantages and disadvantages of our wishes were discussed. It all happened in a very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Mr. Büttner tried to make two perfect rings with 545 red gold from my grandparents' rings (353 red gold) and that's exactly what he did. The rings are as we imagined them to be. It is also worth mentioning how quickly it was worked here. The production should actually take about 1 1/2 months, after 1 1/2 weeks the rings were already ready. Thanks a lot for this.
