I don’t know why this place has such bad rating. The guy at reception was super friendly and helpful. Also, I went around 9 AM on a Wednesday. The waiting time was barely 2 mins (there was no person besides me). The financial consultant, Frau Freundenstein, was also very polite and answered my queries in a respectful manner. Overall, it deserves 5 stars.

I have been a "customer" at FA Leverkusen for years and have had contact with many employees on a wide variety of issues. I was given 100% extremely helpful and competent advice. Many concerns could be dealt with super unbureaucratically directly on the phone. The employees are reliable when it comes to callbacks and call them up if they have any questions instead of annoying them with forms in the mail. I am very happy to be in good hands here. Other tax offices that I also dealt with were a disaster by comparison.

Meanwhile had to do with some tax offices. The Leverkusen tax office is by far the friendliest and there have never been any problems with the tax return. Everything was processed promptly. The staff on site were always very friendly and were always able to provide information. Many thanks.

We are really angry since our wedding, we try to reach someone from the dept. Tax class change over the phone. Nobody lifts me if I should be forwarded then it means nobody will call you again 😡
