I tried to purchase concert tickets here on several occasions. I was always asked to come back a few days later because of technical problems but these issues never got solved at all. I had to get my tickets elsewhere after three unsuccessful tries. Bummer!

So services like accepting packages are of course fulfilled, but how one is received there is dreadful. No hello, no small talk and no goodbye either. The customers earn their money then you should treat them well.

Unfortunately, we had to return concert tickets due to Corona. This worked quickly and easily. Very personable and nice owners. Always happy. ;)
