Very pleasantly surprised, everything is very easy and quick. Rental car exactly met my expectations. I hope it will continue as positive in the future. Employees are very friendly and very nice.

Unfortunately, we also complained about a completely inconspicuous dent in the entry area. Unfortunately, only photos from the outside were made in our own documentation. We handled the car with care and were sure that we would have noticed such damage if it had been caused. We had booked cheaply via a well-known comparison portal including all insurance. Unfortunately, I have the impression that this situation has been systematically exploited to earn additional money. However, I have to positively highlight the very good and detailed instruction of the employee.
