Unfriendly gas station in the whole area! You have to have a lot of luck, that you will be served and welcomed. Especially the gentleman of middle age, who is often served there is always miserable and does not even consider it necessary to greet. On the contrary, he does not greet you. With a "thank you" and "goodbye" no one has to reckon with him. But that is already well known in Bergisch Neukirchen. If you ask for the Aral on the Burscheider Straße, you get the answer in 90% of the cases: "Oh that with the unfriendly cashier"! We drive here only in the worst case. So we are not alone here in the village by far! The owner should think about a training in dealing with customers. Apart from the interpersonal deficits, the shop of the gas station is outdated. On perhaps 4-6sqm there is a very sparse assortment. So for a small purchase on Sunday absolutely not suitable.

Worst petrol station in the Leverkusen area in terms of price !!!!!!! Always the first to increase the price and then very slow when reaching the low price. Sometimes 10 cents !!!!!!!! Difference to other petrol stations. Drivers should rather look into the tank app and refuel somewhere else !!!!!! Staff is ok. I like to pay with Payback Pay and have often done this here. Yesterday I tell a blonde, older cashier and I am immediately (in front of all the other customers!) Harshly shouted that they don't do this. When I replied that this is where I pay regularly, the male cashier who reads the newspaper mixes just as unkindly with "Never! It doesn't work here! Get something else to pay!" a. When I insist on trying Payback Pay, I get more reproachful and derogatory comments. Again loudly in front of the assembled clientele. When it actually works, the cashier says "You finally did it!" Say, slap my receipt and turn to the next customer in a friendly manner. Not a word of astonishment or an excuse for miserable behavior. I will contact Aral and Payback directly today. It's not a service!
