Very competent service. My wishes were met. All in all, I was very happy.

Uncomplicated communication and handover, friendly staff

Van hired in early February. Upon delivery, found that water ran into the cargo space (it was raining). A replacement was made without further ado, and I was also accommodated in terms of price. Well so far. BUT: Despite returning the vehicle free of defects, I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned after two weeks. I am always put off after repeated requests. The problem of repayment of the deposit seems to occur more often when you read the reviews.
