For 2 years I have been driving to this gas station almost every day before I go to work to get cigarettes or to refuel. There an older lady works at the night counter every evening, so I've never seen anything like this like this lady is on a good evening or hello, nothing comes from her in a totally grumpy mood or complains that she has so much work but first of all smoke in peace you have been in business for 2 minutes or longer because the smartphone is more important and something like that works with customers, the ARAL or the leaseholder, whatever does nothing there, just as often as I stood there, am not the only one who has been observed often because you stand at the night counter and is not served considered always thought that is because of me that she doesn't like me or something but it seems to be her way, just like the night counter where the money is put in etc. just isn't opened properly that you have to pull it out yourself somehow do that a couple of times with otherwise I have to go to another gas station apparently this gas station does not need customers or is of no importance thereon. As I can see or read from other reviews, I am probably not the only one who has a problem with her and it was probably already noted but nothing was done and the conversation with the employee was sought so it is probably none of your business but in Opladen there is also an Aral they are at least friendly.

Very unfriendly service at the night counter, I will definitely never visit this gas station again.
