Really rude treatment. After going to the workshop the day before for a check, you still failed. The light is to blame, but it was checked beforehand.
Either the Dekra has completely different standards than all specialist workshops or they are simply not capable ?! Who knows...
Was today with our Golf IV at a TÜV test center (not TÜV) in Leverkusen for re-viewing (result: no defects found - badge received) after I failed at DEKRA in Leverkusen and the check at DEKRA for reasons that I couldn't understand did not want to be carried out there. The fact that the new badge does not work at an HU at the first attempt can happen to a 19-year-old Golf. There is nothing to be said against it and in the end it is good that defects are discovered and can and must be remedied. But the way in which the DEKRA auditors deal with their customers is more than worthy of criticism, to put it harmlessly. Unfriendly and listless and with all due respect, partially incompetent z. B. with motorcycles, the main thing is a list of defects and cash again. They are already the most expensive. That was the last time they made money from us. It's a shame too!
