A highly sympathetic team, honest, authentic, warm-hearted, competent. I always felt that I was in good hands and was extremely satisfied with the services and prices. The family atmosphere and the friendly handling deserve an extra praise. Really great people.
Top! Arrive 20 minutes before the tire change date and not even 15 minutes later (i.e. 5 minutes before the actual appointment) already finished, paid and on the way home ...

It does not refer to the workshop. I can only recommend this. The 'boys' are friendly, helpful and work quickly and well.
Sometimes I can even wait.
This is about the reception and promises made.
Once the reception is in female hands, there is no more friendliness, courtesy feels necessary.
I was promised the pick-up service by making an appointment. Bring went, suddenly no more pick up. Allegedly because of Corona (it already existed when an appointment was made). Have to take a taxi. Referred to the promise and long-term customer (actually not my style). "If I have used the service (the pick-up service before) for many years, I would have to accept it now."
Had I known that beforehand, I would have planned very differently. But so, I relied on it.
And the way that tall, brunette woman teased me, you get the impression that you don't need good customers anymore.
Woman power can also be friendly and polite.
